You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, re-arrange, remove any melodies, instruments, drums programming or transfer all or any of the products sold or the corresponding rights to a third person (as a record Label, a production company, another producer or another artist), or for use in any similar product and you agree that the instrumental is protected by SACEM copyright.
Can I use the beat (instrumental) for my YouTube channel or my website?

Can I use the beat (instrumental) for synchronization?

I bought a Premium License, what should I do if I exceed 2500 sales or the airplay limitation?
Each beat is limited to a distribution and an airplay limitation (depending of the chosen formula) for Albums, Mix-tapes, Paid Internet Download... Beyond 2500 sales (Premium Rights), you must buy again the same beat to obtain 2500 sales. You can also buy a Platinum License to take advantage of unlimited sales and airplays.
What does the term "Stems" in Ultimate License?
The stems are the tracks grouped on one track. It allows better mixing with your voice and a more professional result. For example if you buy the beat "All These Tears" you will receive a folder with stems like this: One track for the KICK, One for the SNARE, one for the HIT HATS, one for the BASS and one other for the PIANO & KEYS. Separate stems are available only with the Ultimate License.
Beats in lease are they available for Exclusive License?
